A perfect location within the village limit of Suttons Bay and adjacent to the public beach and park, this 4 bedroom/2 full bath split-level home welcomes up to ten guests. Most amenities are less than 1/2 mile including a grocer, pharmacy, post office, several restaurants and pubs, banks, gas station, boutique shops, art galleries, fitness center, paved scenic Tart Trail from Suttons Bay to Traverse City, beaches, movie theater, library, Marina and much more. Within 5 miles, you can find over half a dozen wineries, the Leelanau Sands Casino, the Leelanau Club golf course, local Farmer Markets, a multitude of beaches and boat launches, several parks, great hiking and biking, fishing and panoramic views that helped Leelanau County's Sleeping Bear Sand Dunes win Good Morning America's 'Most Beautiful Place in America' contest in 2011.
This split-level home has 4 bedrooms and 2 full bath. There are four queen and two twin beds. In the living room, you will find a large bayside window plus a wood burning fireplace and plenty of seating for relaxation. The kitchen is well equipped for any of your cooking needs, and includes a cozy breakfast nook and adjacent den. The dining room opens up to a sun room that also has a connecting door to the breakfast nook. The sun room is great for relaxation, and the large windows view a backyard surrounded by trees, giving a nice country feel and plenty of room for outdoor activities. A recent addition to the back yard is a fire pit and benches.

Check in was super easy, the house was more perfect than the pictures or the description. Four females headed to Suttons Bay for fall fabulousness - the colors were amazing, the house met every need, we will absolutely be booking again! Host was immediately responsive when I made a little boo-boo and locked us out of the house. Could not have been a better weekend (okay, well, maybe more sun, but no one has control over that!).
