Situated in the beautiful Wellington Marina this fabulous home is only 1 hour drive from Adelaide and includes absolute water frontage with its own private jetty.
Close to the famous The Bend Motorsport Park, Langhorne Creek Wine Region, the Murray River and Monarto Zoo. With open plan living, a fully equipped kitchen and 4 bedrooms this stunning home is a great escape for couples, families and water enthusiasts.

Absolute waterfront - sit and watch the pelicans go by from your own backyard, lounge room, dining room or bedroom

Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, fan forced oven, Nespresso Citiz Coffee Pod Machine (pods not included), Nutribullet, electric fry pan and toastie maker.
Washing machine and clothes dryer.
Outdoor undercover furniture plus gas BBQ
Reverse cycle air-conditioning.
Private jetty on the property.
Kayak hire available (2 single person kayaks) $40 per stay
Fire pit from May - October (BYO fire wood)

Loved our stay at the Wellington Marina, it was comfortable, clean and picturesque. Easy access through to the main river for water based activities. Jodi was absolutely fantastic to communicate with and quick to reply on some questions we had re boating in the marina. Will definitely stay again.
