About this apartment rental

Beautiful, new condominium in Union Creek at Copper Mountain, Colorado (construction finished December 2008). Five star amenities include nine-foot ceilings, in-floor radiant heat, warm & inviting 3-sided gas fireplace, full slab granite countertops, and gourmet stainless steel appliances. Full size washer and dryer are located inside the unit for convenience. This unit is on the ground floor with an exterior entrance and only a one minute walk to the Union Creek lifts - you can't get much closer. The expansive back patio is covered and includes a stainless steel gas grill. The community 10-person hot tub is less than 30 feet from the back patio and includes a heated changing area, which is perfect for relaxing after a long-day of skiing, biking, or hiking.

There are two flat-screen TVs, one in the living room and one in the bedroom. A DVD player is connected to the living room TV. Free high speed internet is provided via a secured wireless network inside the condo. Our condo is NON-SMOKING and NO PETS.

About this apartment rental

Beautiful, new condominium in Union Creek at Copper Mountain, Colorado (construction finished December 2008). My husband and I were highly pleased with our accommodations. The condo was everything advertised and more. Rob was a perfect host. He communicated all of the necessary information in a timely manner. His communication included helpful maps, instructions and information that was very helpful in preparing for our stay. The self-check in was simple and convenient. The condo was immaculately clean and well stocked with premium household items. We were very impressed with all the thoughtful things provided. It was above and beyond our expectations. The location is perfect for all of the West Village activities as it is very close and easy to walk to. You can also easily catch the free shuttle bus from West Village to get to Center and East Village. It was very convenient. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it. Book it! You will not be sorry.

The condo was a perfect spot for a low key summer vacation. The unit was clean and had everything we needed. The location is ideal, particularly if you’re interested in hiking, biking etc. Rob was one of the best short term rental owners I’ve dealt with. His communication was excellent and he went above and beyond to ensure we had a nice stay. Highly recommend, and we look forward to staying here again in the future.

Everything about this condo was perfect for my family of 3. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. The location is within easy walking distance to the Kokomo and Woodward Express lifts. The owner was extremely helpful and was very responsive to any questions we had about the unit. We hope to stay here on our next trip to Copper!

Place was perfect for me and the wife. 100 yards from 2 lifts, ski closet for gear, fully equipped kitchen, and hot tub right out the back door. Super chill 4 days. I'll definitely be looking to see if available next time in Copper. Rob was a great host and super responsive to any questions.

This unit has plumbing issues which has completely ruined our stay as toilet backed up. Not once but twice (!!!) during our stay. Owner asks not to communicate through VRBO but rather contact him directly if any issues with tho unit. At first thought nothing of it afterwards found out he didn’t want us to contact VRBO customer service about it. Told us he had issues with the toilet backing up in the past. After our stay he tried to charge our card on file with VRBO for the plumber that came out to fix the issue. VRBO is reversing the charge but what a nightmare stay and aggravation afterwords. If you end up staying here 1. Make sure he really fixed the plumbing issue (the plumber mentioned that the toilet needs to be completely removed to properly fix the drainage) and 2. Make sure you communicate through VRBO and if any issues contact VRBO directly.

Property owner was helpful and provided all information in advance to help with check in and the local area. The condo was in a perfect location for us, within easy walking distance to the West Village which had all the beginner slopes we wanted to use. Copper Mountain resort itself was great with very friendly staff. The condo was clean and well stocked with linens. We used the hot tub two different days which was so easy to reserve and use and free with our rental. Excellent place to stay.

It was easy to quickly drive to Frisco and Vail for a greater variety of eating , hiking and shopping, but we loved returning to the quieter and more relaxing atmosphere at Copper Mountain. Our condo was wonderful as well, with everything we needed ( even a couple of cruiser bicycles to ride through the village) Our hosts did an outstanding job of communicating before , during and after our stay. Overall we really enjoyed staying here for our ski trip. From the front door to Woodward lift was an easy, flat 250 steps. The buses were convenient and since we weren’t worried about night life, the West village was perfect for us. The hot tub was convenient also, even having to walk around the “long” way due to snow amounts.

This condo is in a perfect location to walk just yards to the base of West Village, and it is clear that the owners have equipped the unit to be a great family stay—games, all the kitchen amenities you could need, and even a washer and dryer. The owner was helpful and readily available throughout the process, and all of the check-in/out instructions were really clear. We loved our stay and look forward to more in the future!

We loved our stay! The Cache is one of the nicer buildings at Copper, and this condo is one of the nicest we've been in. There were luxurious touches like fluffy white robes, nice towels, and a fully-stocked kitchen with All-Clad pots and pans. And I really appreciated the owner's active communication all along the way. Highly recommend!

We are so happy we chose this place sight unseen. The condo was clean and up-to-date. Nice and quiet as well. Great patio and BBQ grill. My wife and I had plenty of room for all our gear. Unit in a great location in Union Creek , near the bike trail. Hot tub and comfy beds ! We enjoyed hanging on on the back patio for morning coffee and evening cocktail ! Could have grilled dinner if not so lazy- ok we did A bike ride - Copper Triange :) - Rob is a super cool host- he made instructions easy and was available if we needed him !

A mere 40 steps to the drop off at west village. The lift is right past that. Very convenient to return for a hot lunch, and a quick turnaround back to the slopes. The condo was perfect for my daughter and me. It had everything we needed. Note that because of COVID there are not mAny expendables such as coffee and spices. Not a problem. Rob was very helpful. We communicated a number of times and he always responded quickly and kindly. Thanks Rob! We will return!

Perfect accommodations for our week long ski trip. Owners were informative & prompt with information. Condo was well supplied. On site parking. Very short walk (in ski boots) to westside ski lifts and 5 minute walk (in street shoes) to center village. Got a lot of snow during our stay and property maintenance was prompt to clear parking lot and sidewalks. Will stay here again!

We stayed for a week right before Christmas and the condo was perfect for our family of four for a ski trip. The location is a short walk to the Woodward lift, so leaving the condo at 8:45 in the morning most days we were on the first few chairs up the mountain each day. We also found that particular chair to rarely have any wait throughout day, so a great way to get started on the mountain. Also, the location made it perfect for coming back for lunch at the condo and then heading back out for more skiing in the afternoon.The condo itself is very clean and cozy, and extremely well-stocked. We found everything we needed from cooking items to laundry soap, as well as even a blow-up mattress. This allowed each of our two teens to have their own bed and made for more comfortable sleeping arrangements for them instead of both using the pull out couch. The outside ski locker was also a bonus that allowed us to keep our ski equipment out of the condo. We also walked down to the Center Village several times from the condo (about a 10 minute walk along the creek) where there are several restaurants and shops. The back patio off the condo is also nice, and we used the natural gas grill a few times for cooking dinner. Unfortunately, due to COVID restrictions we were unable to use the hot tub, but you could see it directly behind the patio, so very close to the unit. Hopefully next time we can use it!

The condo is stylish, comfortable, better than fully equipped, and cozy. We enjoyed the location at the end of the west village area - no one else was around! It was a quick walk to the Nordic trails and quiet. Keep in mind, we were there just prior to the ski area opening and during COVID restrictions. So we cooked in - quite easy with the well stocked kitchen. Rob was quick to respond and made sure we were happy with our stay. Would stay again!

I had a short 2 day stay but it was great. The condo was really nice and my daughter and I appreciated the little touches like the comfy throw blankets and the board games/puzzles. It was a perfect location. I was a little bit worried about getting mailed the keys since my trip was relatively last minute. However, the owner sent them promptly and I had them in time as well as a map and information about the area which was very nice to have. He also communicated several times to make sure we didn’t need anything. I would definitely stay at this condo again!
