About this house rental

Located on Kauai's beautiful north shore, this beachfront home is surrounded by lush, tropical foliage. Enjoy a spacious living room upstairs as well as a comfortable family room downstairs. The upstairs balcony features magnificent views of Hanalei Bay which is just a few steps from your door and is consistently rated among the nation's top beaches. Enjoy leisurely strolls along the water's edge, a picnic lunch at the beach or simply bask in the sun in this special place and watch the waves roll in.

It's just a short walk to the heart of charming Hanalei Town where small shops invite browsing and tempting eateries beckon. Restaurants and cafes here offer a wide variety of cuisines to please everyone's dining preferences. In the evenings, lounge in comfort on the lanai to enjoy colorful skies over the ocean. Sip a cool beverage, relax and admire the view.

Main House:
Bedroom 1: King bed
Bedroom 2: King bed
Bedroom 3: King bed plus bunk with twin over double bed

The property consists of two residences, Pinetrees Hanalei Beach House and Pinetrees Hanalei Cottage. Both properties are active vacation rentals and can be rented together for a total of 5 bedrooms or separately. Shared Hot Tub between cottage and Main House. The Cottage and Main House may be booked by separate groups at the same time.

Hawaii Life Rentals is a locally owned, licensed real estate company with rentals on Kauai, Maui, Oahu, and Hawaii. We offer on-island personal assistance and Concierge services.

Rates do not include taxes, cleaning and applicable fees.

Whomever decorated the house and filled the house with necessities and amenities, really thought of everything. There was so much attention to detail and comfort. We loved that there was multiple washing machines, and small refrigerators and even and ice maker. There were a few things about the house that one would not expect to be broken or not in working order for the price that we paid for the houses. I think the rentalAgency needs to spend a bit more time walking through the house during inspection.

The view from the upstairs deck was so beautiful and the downstairs yard was perfect for relaxing and BBQing. The house is well equipped with everything you might need and more. The location was just a short walk into town. This a perfect place for your family to reset and relax. Expensive but worth the splurge for a very special vacation.

I can’t think of one thing this property didn’t have. Every detail in the design and planning of this house was exceptional. The pictures online don’t do it justice. Small things you didn’t think about….plenty of hangers in every closet, black out curtains in the bedrooms, two coffee makers for upstairs and downstairs bedrooms…full house surround sound speakers….exceptional outdoor spaces….every kitchen utensil you could need…two washers and dryers…exceptionally comfortable beds…plenty of beach towels and beach gear….several foot washes throughout the property to help keep sand out of the house….the list goes on and on!! The management was fantastic with any issue that did arise ( and those were few!). One of the coffee makers was leaking and it was replaced with a brand new one in less than a day. We did have some WiFi issues that the management went above and beyond to correct. This was our first stay in a VRBO property and it has set the bar extremely high.
