About this house rental
This property is a stunning, tropically landscaped, fully updated and renovated home located on Siesta Key. It boasts spacious vaulted ceilings, tile floors, new furnishings, and stylish decor throughout. The kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and an eat-at bar. The living room features a 60-inch flat screen HD TV with over 200 channels. Most rooms offer outdoor views and have access to the pool area. This property includes three bedrooms, comfortably accommodating six adults. Additionally, it offers a beautiful outdoor, screened-in, full-size pool with a propane grill and outdoor furniture, overlooking the canal. The house underwent significant renovations in 2014, and the pool area was completely updated in June 2024. This property was nice on the canal. A few issues like any other rental. A little TLC and it would be a lot better. The cleaning company did a really bad job at cleaning. The floor was never mopped. So be prepared to have to clean before you settle in. The second bathroom shower knob broke but was replaced 1 day later with the same type of knob which was hard to turn. The shower doors were so in need of new ones that we struggled opening & shutting the doors. I cut myself the first day on the shower doors. There was a severe Ant problem in the pool area and driveway. The pest person threw some granular stuff down which did nothing to get rid of them. There was a mosquito problem in the garage. This place needs a clean out of stuff just left behind that is taking space up and looking cluttered. The host was reasonable to get in touch with. Some delays in answering but not an issue. Over all, it was a nice comfortable place. We enjoyed ourselves.

The house is in good condition. We liked the pool, the kitchen has everything you need. It's a 15-minute walk to the beach, even a little further. The public beach has a large parking lot and is always busy. Siesta Key is a very popular place, with many restaurants around. Overall, we had a good time.

I would not stay at this property again due to poor attitude of management.
