The newly remodeled direct oceanfront condo has floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors and a private balcony, which offers breathtaking ocean views!!! Image yourself relaxing on the beach watching the ocean unfurl while the breeze nourishes your soul. Your mind is at ease, just nature at its best.
As you walk-in, the wood like vinyl floors creates a sense of openness. The décor is nautical with creative touches. The new living room furniture has a recliner leather sofa, a leather recliner chair, a 50-inch smart TV and WIFI. The fully equipped kitchen has granite countertops, new cabinetry, stainless steel refrigerator with an ice machine, glass top stove and oven, microwave, and plenty of kitchenware to create your family meals. With families in mind, the dining table seats six.
The master bedroom features a king size bed with an ocean view, smart TV, walk-in closet, private bathroom with a marble countertop and a bathtub. The guest bedroom has a king size bed, and the third guest bedroom has two twin beds. The bathroom has a walk-in shower, marble countertop and herringbone back splash.
Even on vacation, it makes life easier having an inside washer and dryer, linens, beach towels and more. The complex is known for resort like accommodations to include two pools with plenty of seating and shaded areas, shuffleboard, picnic tables and barbeque grills. I have rented this condo for the past 2 years. It is my favorite rental at NSB. I plan on renting every year for our annual week at the beach.

The apartment was nice. But! The beds were super hard and there were not enough towels. Had to wash towels everyday.

Been staying at the Pelican every summer since 2017 and you can’t beat the location. View from this unit was good but balcony is a little tight for more than 2 people. Unit was comfortable but the pictures were not accurate as the front room has 2 beds when we were expecting a pull out and chairs. Overall the unit is dated and needs some updates but worked for our needs. AC filter appeared to have needed a change for a good while and the large yellow stain on the front guest bed was a surprise when we removed the sheets at the end of the stay as directed in the condo guide. Only 1 parking pass offered for peak month as well.
