Location, location, location! This renovated El Porto beach house is just three doors from the beach and is the perfect choice for your beach vacation. Relax on the front porch swing and watch the ocean waves roll in! The house maintains all the original charm but with modern amenities and design. There are two separate one bedroom apartments in this duplex house. Each of the apartments has an open concept layout with one Queen size bedroom and four piece ensuite bath. There are hardwood floors throughout. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is a separate dining area. Each of the units has a sleeper sofa in the living room. There is a separate shared laundry room which includes a full size washer and dryer for your use as well as unlimited free WIFI and Verizon Fios cable TV with movie channels. There is also a large outdoor patio area with dining for four and a new gas BBQ. This is a rare commodity with a house so close to the beach! There are plenty of dining choices within walking distance so if you don't feel like cooking, head up to Highland Avenue to grab a bite to eat. Great, cute place. So close to fantastic surfing. Jim and Christy are two of the best hosts I’ve ever worked with. Highly recommend!

We loved our month long stay. It was so nice to take a quick walk to the beach and hear the ocean from the unit.
Even though it is surrounded by many other apartment buildings the neighbors are all very quiet, respectful and friendly.
The little patio is an added bonus.
Owner and property manager were both helpful and responded quickly.
The only hassle is parking. There are 2 spaces but parking is tandem so we had to coordinated with tenant in the other unit to shuffle cars.
We lucked out because the other tenant was very kind and was gone at work most days so we could get our car out much of the time without moving his car.
