About this apartment rental
Be Our Guest at our comfy, spacious Cozy Loft Ski Chalet. Walk to Ski Times Square Gondola in 5 to 7 minutes or hop on FREE bus route across the street. Everything you need for ski-lodge vacay with family + friends: Cozy Fireplace, Hot Tub, Stocked Kitchen (with Crockpot), Deck with Table and Chairs. The space
Our two-story loft condo is Best for 4 Adults or 4 Adults and 2 Kids - But loft condo can Sleep up to 6 total adults if pullout couch used. There is 1 Main Bedroom with 1 Queen Bed (walk-in closet and large window) on second floor, 1 Queen Bed in Loft next door, Twin Bunk Beds in Loft, and 1 Pullout Queen Couch in Living Room in front of Fireplace. PLEASE NOTE: Top bunk bed sleeps a child (or adult under 135 pounds). Cozy Flannel Bedding + Furry, Fuzzy Blankets, Pillows + Towels provided for Guests.
The large Dining Table in Kitchen Area is the perfect spot for warm, hearty meals (made with the Crock-Pot!), the L-shaped couch and comfy armchair by the fireplace is the perfect spot to lounge, play board games, do a puzzle, or watch the flat-screened TV. Two bathrooms (One upstairs in loft outside bedroom ; One downstairs behind Kitchen), Washer/Dryer in the Unit (along with additional quarter washers + Dryers in the complex) We have TONS of board games, puzzles and a whole fun-filled basket of Kid-Friendly books, games, and activities (adult coloring anyone?)
Guest Access
You'll have up to 2 parking spaces in the Hillsider lot and can soak in the Hot Tub under the stars...or, in summer, sit on the deck sipping a glass of wine and watching the kids in the Hot Tub or Pool. Washer / Dryer are in unit, but you also have access to quarter washer/dryer in laundry room for larger loads. For parking, please write on a piece of paper Hillsider #4 and stick in the dash of your car.
Interaction with Guests
Our cozy chalet is Your cozy chalet while you're vacationing there! You'll have the keys and everything you need for an awesome ski trip. But we are always available by phone, text and email if you have questions!
The Neighborhood
Apres Ski Way is super-close to the Ski Mountain Base, Wild Plum market, Apres Burger, Cristy Sport for rentals. The neighbor is filled with tucked-away ski chalets and lodges, and has the feel of a mountain ski town. It is peaceful and chill in the evenings - so great for families and those who want to relax
Getting Around
You can go car-less here if you want! You have the option to walk to the base (takes us about 7 minute) or hop on the FREE bus at the stop directly across the street from our complex. If you want a car still, there is a parking space for you and you'll find a parking pass inside the condo. Parking Passes get lost A LOT - so if there is no pass, please just write Hillsider #4 on a sheet of printer paper in the desk drawer and stick in the dash of your car
Other things to note
Our complex is a tranquil oasis, so please be mindful of neighbors and respect the quiet hours. It's perfect for families and friends visiting together, but not the place for loud parties and rowdy folks. Please Note: Due to HOA requirements, rental agreement must be signed before checkin. Once you reserve, the rental agreement will be sent to you. You will receive your lockbox code one day before your arrival once signed rental agreement is received.
No smoking, No pets, No parties or events, May not be safe or suitable for infants (Under 2 years) - However, there are toys and a portable crib for older kiddos
Check-in is after 4PM
Check-in Time is 4pm - 11pm Mountain Time. If you plan to arrive latter than 11pm, please let us know at least one day prior to your arrival.
All Guests are required to sign a rental agreement before check-in. You will receive the lockbox code one day before your check-in once your signed rental agreement is received.

This condo actually looks better than the photos! Wonderful living room setup with cozy fireplace and plenty of sleeping options for guests. I appreciated all the convenient details such as robes for the hot tubs, hooks for hanging in every room, and kitchen basics for cooking at home. Thanks again Julie!

Overall we enjoyed our stay. We have been in this general area several times. Very disappointed that the listing says there is a hot tub when there isn't. Apparently it has been under construction and right now it is a fenced in pile of snow. The condo is a short downhill walk to the path over to the gondola (about 7 minutes in ski boots). If you are heading over in the morning taking the bus really isn't an option as this is one of the last stops and all buses are already full. The condo does not have a shuttle service. It is a comfy and cozy place to stay but I would have picked somewhere else if I would have known about the hot tub.
