I stayed here for 1 month and decided to extend for a 2nd month. Jon is a great host and was more than helpful the entire time. I would definitely recommend this place and stay here again.

I thought they were in the apartment, but they were actually common area laundry rooms that cost. The apartment is in a great location with access to lots of shopping, restaurants, and entertainment. Jon was always quick to answer questions and give guidance on any issue that arrived.

Let me begin by saying the owner Jon is a great guy with great intentions. We spent 6 weeks in this condo. It has been "updated" however the quality of the work is substandard. The slate floor tiles in the kitchen, dining, living & 2nd bedroom were installed unevenly which allows your sandals to get caught making tripping a possibility. In addition the slate floors do not clean well because dirt gets stuck in all the creaveces so you must always wear shoes. Jon was kind enough to have the cleaning company come & clean the floors which made it better. The location of the condo is perfect but the late night noise level was a bit much for us. I think this location is better suited for younger people.
