Relax and enjoy your time in Palm Springs, California at this 2 bedroom 2 bath home in the resort-like gated community of Sunrise Palms.
Inside, relax in the living room on the over-sized leather reading chair and large sectional - that includes a pull-out Queen bed - all centered around a 50” TV with Sonos surround sound speakers.
The kitchen features granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, coffee machine, tea kettle, blender, 4-bread toaster, bread and tea boxes, and all of the plates, bowls, cutlery, cups, mugs, pots, and pans you’ll need. There is also a dedicated pantry room to store drinks, dried goods, and canned foods. Top it off by enjoying your meals on the large 6-seat dining table.
The master bedroom suite features a King bed and over-sized side tables and lamps, a large desk, 43” TV, a huge walk-in closet with floor-to-ceiling shelves and drawers, a bathroom with double sinks, and patio glass sliding doors that open to the fully landscaped back yard.
The second bedroom has a Queen bed and side tables with lamps, office desk & chair, 20” TV, and large closet with clothes rods and shelves.
All TVs are connected to streaming devices, and you have access to the home’s high speed fiber internet.
There is also an in-unit laundry area with washer and dryer.
Original paintings, photographs, illustrations, prints, and maps from local artists are featured throughout the home. Each piece of artwork includes a plaque with more information about the artist.
