The bayside cottage retreat was absolutely ideal for my partner and I. A small and perfectly formed cottage with a great full kitchen with all the utensils you'll need and more, great aircon to keep you alive through the hottest months and a fantastic shower. The location is set in the lovely historic Bayside area with the beautiful Bayside park and it's panoramic views of the bay and downtown Miami closeby, lovely restaurants and bars within walking distance too.We had a great time staying here for our holiday and the hosts recommendations on where go eat and visit really enhanced our experience!

This was an ideal home base for my weeks in Miami. It's located in a lovely quiet historic neighborhood. Walking distance to restaurants and to a lovely park on Biscayne Bay. I saw manatees at the seawall on my first day! The place is clean, quiet, private and very well appointed with everything you might need. If I come back to Miami, I will definitely stay here again!

This cozy cottage is nestled in a safe neighborhood. Although close to Biscayne Blvd (which is busy), this street is quiet with no thru-traffic. People are jogging & walking their dogs all hours of the day. Hosts were easy to communicate with prior to check in, and we didn't need to request anything throughout the rest of our stay. Cottage shows some age, but It was clean and had all the basic necessities. Ideal for for one or two people. A short walk to numerous shops and places to eat on Biscayne Blvd. Outdoor seating area was relaxing with many plants & palms.

The bungalow is well located in a quiet neighborhood within walking distance to great restaurants. Because it’s located behind the main house, it’s so quiet and secluded. I would give this more stars if they hadn’t put the oldest, rattiest and softest mattress on the bed. My husband and I didn’t sleep more than 2-3 hours a night because of it. Obviously, this put a damper on our entire trip. The owners seem nice enough, but they did not respond to emails I sent to them so I wasn't sure if I was emailing a service or the actual owners; that made me feel a little less at ease, but regardless...the place was beautiful and convenient to most of Miami!
