About this cabin rental
Beautiful 2 story log cabin with 150 feet of shoreline on The Current River. As you walk in you are greeted with a floor to ceiling window wall in the vaulted great room, a fully furnished kitchen, a breakfast nook & half bath. An open floor plan gives you amazing views overlooking the river and French doors walking out to a huge deck that is perfect for enjoying the natural surroundings. The master bedroom on the main floor is furnished with a king-sized bed & 42" TV with its own private bathroom boasting a double vanity, walk in shower & jetted tub. An open loft overlooking the main floor features three twin beds & a twin trundle bed. The lower level presents a cozy family room with walkout French doors opening to a secluded lower deck & two additional bedrooms each with a queen sized bed. Televisions are provided in each of the bedrooms & family room. A full bath as well as a laundry station with washer and dryer can also be found downstairs. The first & second floor decks overlooking the river provide ample space for relaxing, grilling (charcoal grill provided) & outdoor dining. Free wireless internet & satellite TV are provided for entertainment during any downtime you may have on your visit. If traveling with infants/toddlers a high chair, bassinette & pack & play are all available for use.
The rustic charm, amazing views, & central location in the middle of the Ozark Scenic National River Country is truly a nature lover’s paradise. Floating on the Current River is an amazing experience and is enjoyed by people of all ages. This location not only provides close & convenient access to the Landing for all your floating needs but also serves as a comfortable & enjoyable stop for lunch during your float. For a small fee The Landing will even pick you up from the cabin & drop you back off right at the front door! For those looking for more to explore there are many incredible attractions & adventures such as Clearwater Lake, Johnson Shut Ins, The Jack's Fork River, Big Springs, & Mark Twain National Forest & Parks all within minutes of the property.

Only knock is the coffee maker needs to be replaced, it is super slow. Everything else was awesome. I don’t get some of the comments on here about spider webs on the deck, it is a cabin next to the river in the trees, you cannot Orkin all of the outside. If you want to access the river front you at least need a 4 wheel drive.

The house was great! Very well equipped. Lovely view from the house and deck. I was worried the boys would get hot in the loft, but they were completely comfortable. The hill to the river is very steep. We brought a side by side but after some rain, it wasn't usable. I wouldn't recommend expecting to walk or carry items down to the river. Nearby Van Buren, Big Spring, and the Deer lake area were great. We missed the farmer's market in VB saturday morning due to rain, that that afternoon they had a food truck festival that looked like it also had live music and crafts / vendors. Highly recommend the Ranch House for coffee, food, and ice cream!

The cabin was great, would stay here again. The hosts were very helpful. They aren’t joking when it says you need a side by side or a 4 wheeler to get down to the river.
