About this house rental
3 bedroom 2 bath home in west Bradenton just minutes from beautiful Anna Maria Island with miles of white sandy beaches, restaurants, bars, deep sea fishing and parasailing. There is free parking at all beaches and there is a free trolley that you can ride all over the island and get on and off as many times as you want.
Just 15 minutes from Sarasota airport and 5 minutes from IMG Academy. Within walking distance of shopping, restaurants and golfing. One mile from GT Bray park which has tennis courts, soccer fields, baseball fields, play grounds, dog park, pools, etc. Also a very short drive to Robinson Preserve where you can spend hours walking or biking through mangroves and observe Florida's wildlife. Only minutes away from entertainment and the Pittsburg Pirates spring training facilities. The world famous Siesta Key beach is a short drive away. Disney, Busch Gardens, Sea World and Universal are all within a two hour drive.
The house has WIFI and cable TV. Security camera monitors the front yard. Fully stocked kitchen: Pots, pans, utensils, new stainless steel appliances, coffee maker, Keurig, etc.). Heated pool and privacy fenced in back yard. Gas grill for a cookout and lounge chairs for soaking up the sun. Beach equipment provided includes: Umbrella, beach chairs, beach blanket and towels. We stayed for 4 nights June 2026. There were 6 of us and this property fit our needs perfectly. We spent a lot of time at Anna Maria island and the drive was only 10-15 minutes unless you try to go on the weekend! Get an early start! The pool at the house was great and we all enjoyed it. The house is well stocked with everything you need, including great stuff for the beach! The owner was awesome. Very quick to respond to any questions and even checked in to make sure everything was going smoothly. My 6 year grandson left his little stuffed animal behind accidentally and it was a big deal because he sleeps with it every night. The owner was nice enough to ship it to us without hesitation. We had an A experience and we would definitely use this property again.

Y’all this house is amazing! Kinda proud of myself for booking it. We come down every Fourth of July week. For years we were staying on Anna Maria Island but, we are older now and can’t get up all the stairs. So, find a new place! I was skeptical of renting a house off the Island. I found this house and we hit the jackpot!! We knew we had to have a pool and this house has a beautiful, deep, clean pool that runs from one side of the house to the other. Kids will absolutely love it!! This is the first place that I’ve ever seen that has everything you need. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need to make a meal. Pots/pans, crockpot and a keurig with all kinds of coffee pods you can use.Bathrooms were stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash and even nice toilet paper! The pictures are accurate, neighbors were quiet and it seems to be a really nice neighborhood!! It really is a great house, you will not be disappointed and the location is perfect!! This is a house that I could definitely live in forever!!! lol I’m so happy that I have found a place to stay, see you again in 2027!!!! We also watched fireworks on each side of the house, I was running around the pool like a mad woman trying to take some pics!! I enjoyed it!!! Hubby kept telling me that I was going to fall in the pool. You gotta have fun, don’t you? 🤣
