This house has a terrace with arbor accessible from the living room, facing the pool and in an olive tree. Quiet and without vis-à-vis.
With a surface of 100 m ², the villa offers a space of life in rez of putting on:
• Entrance through the living room open to a living room - living room and kitchen 40 sqm overlooking a terrace with arbor and equipped with a farm table 10 people and a high table with 4 high chairs, to enjoy the aperitif.
Corner day:
The main room has a dining table for 4-5 people, lounge area with TV area with TNT.
Sofa 2 places and 2 armchairs one place each and 2 coffee tables.
• Very nice fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven, microwave, pod coffee machine, juice juicer.
• Cellar - office 9 m² including washing machine 12 kg. 1 office equipped with a printer.
Sleeping area:
