If you are looking for a weekend getaway or a place for a mini reunion, LAKETIME COTTAGE is for you. We are located in a quiet residential neighborhood with paved roads. We are situated directly on the water with a large dock with two swim ladders, each on opposing corners of the dock to be shared between Laketime Cottage and Laketime Retreat guests. On the dock we provide a pedal boat for guest use free of charge. This year we have added a 2-person kayak to our water toys armada. As always, free of charge and reservation is required for kayak use. Life jackets are provided. This great cottage boasts a large, dogwood tree shaded deck with a patio table, and numerous chairs. The dogwood trees are truly stunning with their beautiful white flowers covering them in the spring time to the brilliant red and rust colors of the fall. Just recently we realized thru the Oklahoma Forestry Department that our large Flowering Dogwood tree (see photo) in front of our deck is by far the largest Flowering Dogwood tree in Oklahoma. Upon further research, we discovered that it is also the largest in Kansas and Missouri.

Laketime Cottage overlooks our small, quiet, deep water cove just off Raper Hollow on South Grand Lake. A large beach area with smooth river rock is available for swimming. The cottage has two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Also we have provided a stacked washer and dryer for our guest's use. One bedroom has a new queen size bed and the other also has a new queen size bed with a twin day bed. Both queen size beds in both bedrooms have brand new in 2025 queen size mattresses. A trundle bed is in the sunroom with a full size mattress on top, and a full size mattress on the bottom. A cot with a mattress is provided for extra sleeping upon request. The winter of 2021 we added a quiet and efficient mini-split ac and heater to the cottage. We also did an extensive remodel on the kitchen with new cabinets and a new stove. Pots, pans, coffee pot, dishes and utensils are all ready to use. A charcoal grill is also available on the deck overlooking the lake. We offer free Wi Fi and a smart TV for streaming your favorite shows. Also in the sunroom we have installed a smaller tv with dvd for the youngsters. A trundle bed and a dining table with chairs make the sunroom overlooking the deck and the lake a relaxing place to hang out. We also have a fire-ring for our guest’s use with wood provided. Next door to this property is the community park with a nice swim dock and swing set for the kids. Located just 1 block away is a boat ramp with swing-set, large swim dock and a swim ladder. We also have an area for parking your boat or off-road vehicle trailer.

Raper Hollow is a large, no-wake cove just off the main lake on South Grand Lake. We are located just a short boat ride to the mouth of the cove. At the end of our cove is Clearwater Bay Marina catering to your boating needs. Just 10 minutes by boat from the mouth of our cove is Dripping Springs Yacht Club, a popular meeting place for boating enthusiasts where you can just hang out or test your adventurous spirit and jump off the 40 foot cliff into the water. Where ever you go on the lake you will see breathtaking houses and beautiful scenery.
