Beautiful 41 m² one-bedroom apartment, air-conditioned, on the 1st floor with elevator, overlooking the garden of the Residence, on the stadium side with a NORTH-WEST exposure, located 500 meters from the heart of Lamalou Les Bains and 700 meters from the thermal baths. An open-plan kitchen with an oven, four-burner electric hob, an extractor hood, a refrigerator/freezer, a washing machine...open to the living room which includes a 140 cm sofa bed, a table and chairs, a flat-screen TV. A separate bedroom with a 140 cm bed, a large storage closet and a TV. A bathroom with a shower equipped with a folding chair and a grab bar, a sink, a toilet with a grab bar. A large terrace with a table and garden chairs. WIFI in the accommodation. In the residence there are 10 spaces for bicycles in an outdoor shelter. PETS ACCEPTED. A travel cot can be provided upon request, subject to availability.
