We will be happy to welcome you in our house of 120m2, ideally located 150 m in flip flops sandy beaches and quiet on a closed plot of 850m2.
Foot fishing for some, idleness or sandcastles for others.
For the more sporty, many water activities nearby and for nature lovers, nice walks to discover our beautiful coast of Brittany.
Newly renovated house (2017). South-facing terrace with garden furniture and barbecue
On the ground floor: newly fitted and equipped kitchen: (oven, microwave, induction hob, dishwasher, American fridge), dining room with dining table for 8 people, living room with TV. Bedroom with double bed, wc, garage with washing machine and dryer
Upstairs: two bedrooms with two single beds each and another bedroom with a double bed, wc. All bedding is recent. Shower room with large walk-in shower
Possibility to rent sheets and towels. For your comfort, the beds will be made upon your arrival.
Place for the vehicle in front of the garage (closed). Suitable for families.
Very quiet area, not overlooked, near the small port of kerfissien, during the summer Kerfissien market (beachfront) every Sunday morning less than 1 km
Discover the seaside resort of Plouescat and its coastline of 15 km, alternating rocky coves and large sandy beaches. Opt for tonic holidays: walks on foot or by bike by the sea, rental or training courses of sailing tanks, sea kayaking or sailing for adults and children, kite-surfing spots, tennis, golf ... Only a stone's throw from the island of Batz, the bay of Morlaix and the castle of Taurus, parish enclosures, the castle of Kerjean, Océanopolis ...
