The location is wonderful for visiting OCC, Garden of the Gods, Manitou, and Pikes Peak area. Back yard delightful, we enjoyed sitting out there morning and evening. Very quiet neighborhood, friendly people.
Inside of home is nice for the age of the house. The carpets are dated and worn. There are some interesting slopes and little bumps in the floor, need to watch one in bedroom when walking. Furniture is comfortable and serviceable. Towels are old and brown not an appealing color. Bedding could be updated also.
We were without hot water for 24 hours when we first arrived. The water heater had quit working. Owners got it repaced as quickly as they could. Had hot water by by second full day of stay. We were disappointed to not be offered some refund or compensartion for the water issue. Showers were quick and chilly. Had to save dishes to wash as there is no dishwasher.
Overall, the location and backyard made our stay enjoyable, but for the price I honestly expected more from the inside of the home.

Beautiful location. Worked perfectly for getting the family together with its location. My Dog enjoyed the lovely yard. Tall people beware doorways are to duck not walk thru. Little issues with Older homes. Comfortable Stay in a quiet neighborhood.

Enjoyed my stay at this house.
Living room furniture is comfortable. Large dining table for 4 people to dine together.
Nice backyard with grass, and outdoor table and chairs.
Convenient parking in driveway.
