Beautiful Vacation Home 3 BR/2 BA with Private Heated Pool

Silvia was very easy to deal with. She was quick to respond to questions and made sure you were aware of things happening in the area (helicopters flying due to President being at Mar-a-Largo). House was comfortable and the pool area was a relaxing oasis. Location was great for our itinerary.

The host was very accommodating. The home was perfect for our needs and location was ideal. We would definitely stay there again!

LOCATION: Our first impression of the area as we arrived was not great...it's fine, but not really a place I would walk or jog alone. PROPERTY: The house is dated, as mentioned by other reviewers. That didn't bother us, but there were things in disrepair that would be easy fixes, so that was disappointing. The front and back doors do not have keyless deadbolts and there is a gap in the front door. The sliding patio door should have a security bar installed as well. The high touch areas of the house were clean, but it could really use a deep clean. HOST: The host was responsive and had everything there that we needed, but she never reached out to us...only responded to our messages. POOL/YARD: In the photos, it appears that the grassy area is inside the fence. It is actually the front yard, so if you are traveling with a dog, know that there is no grass inside the fence. The pool is great and is where we spent most of our time. It was clean and the pool deck and lounge chairs were great! I loved having a bathroom with a shower and laundry adjacent to the pool area! The landscaping around the pool is overgrown and needs some work. Overall a nice stay, but I would probably choose a different area if we return to West Palm.
