Complex Update: The beach and pool are now available to guests! Please know that while the beach ramp is fully complete, there is a cone in front of it because it's not yet ADA compliant. They have to re-pave the sidewalk in front of it in order to make it flush. Opus has said guests are welcome to use it in the meantime. For those in mobility devices, there is still a public access point just a couple of minutes away.

All of the bedrooms feature 55" flat-screen televisions and the unit comfortably sleeps up to 10 guests. The oceanfront primary suite, with its own balcony access, contains a king bed and hosts a beautiful bathroom completed by a gorgeous, tiled shower and 6' garden tub. The first guest bedroom has a king bed with a full en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom features a full bathroom across the hall and has the ability to sleep up to 6 guests with a queen bed and a full-over-full bunk bed.

The cutting-edge living room has a 65" TV with a complete entertainment center. The kitchen is outfitted with new stainless-steel appliances, cooking and baking utensils, and full dish ware sets. This condo even includes all linens, beach towels, and beach chairs! The over-sized balcony affords guests a breathtaking place to take in the views of the Atlantic Ocean.

Secured parking is available in the underground garage and includes a reserved space for each unit. There is parking for one additional vehicle on a first come, first serve basis on the main level. Please note only parking availability in your one assigned space can be guaranteed. Trailers and recreational vehicles are not allowed to be parked on-site. There are no trailers or recreational vehicles (RVs) allowed to be parking on-site at any condo complexes however, we can refer guests to an off-site parking company upon request after the booking is confirmed.

The majority of adult guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. After booking, Oceans Luxury Vacations will reach out to you via email in order to obtain a photo ID and an e-sign rental agreement. If you book a reservation anywhere other than AirBNB and your arrival date is 14 days away or less at booking, we do also need a photo of you holding your ID in order to verify your identity and prevent fraud. Unless you are booking on AirBNB, the admin fee show in your quote is the only fee never refundable in the event of a cancellation. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to call.
