This lower level round cottage features an amazing panoramic view of the ocean. When renting Shore Break, you have access to a bright and open, fully stocked kitchen, comfortable living area with plush sofas, and views of the ocean. The villa accommodates up to 6 vacationers with a master suite with a king bed and full bath, and a second bedroom with two full beds and a full house bath in the hall. Offering all the basics to get you started on your vacation, such as toilet paper and paper towels, we're certain you'll be happy upon arrival. The property manager was somewhat unhelpful.
The vacation rental was somewhat dirty.
I was very happy with the location.
I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental.

We have been staying with you for the last 10 years often twice a year. We have been in this house top and bottom for the last 5 yesrs. This time the place was dirty. Your kitchen ware is almost nill and two of the chairs in the kitchin are still about ready to collapse. The sidewalks are full of sand...I underdtand it is a beach, then supply a broom and dustpan at least. Then you went and raised the 2022 rate app. $700.00 for off season? There is not even a road to the house just potholes and parking is interesting. A reset to about three years ago would be great. I have voiced my concerns. They were met with and attitude of there are other people than you. Return bussiness from an average family is not important to your business.
