About this house rental
Very Specious and cozy, Quiet, safe with friendly Neighbors, Approximately 15 mins from Sugarland Mall, 20 mins from Memorial mall and Memorial city center, 45 mins from Down Town Houston and 1 hr from Bush Intercontinental Airport .
Iam renting one room, the tenant will have their onw room. The house is two story building my bedroom is down stairs and the tenant room, a lounge and toilet is upstairs. and the kitchen is down stairs. WiFi is available and the room for rent have a lock on the door.
House rules: No wearing shoes inside the house, shoes can be kept inside the house by the side of the door.
No eating inside the room, a dinning is available. If a tenant wants to cook they can must clean after themselves. No Visitor spends night. Please for me to approve your request, your picture and the reason for renting a room and your occupation must be stated to me.

Overall I had a great experience staying at Mike's place. He was very hospitable and communicated well with me. He has a beautiful home in a very quiet neighborhood. My room was very spacious and I had access to the second floor on my own which was very few can offer. I highly recommend anyone in need of a place to stay in Houston, give Mike a shot!

This space is very private, you have the entire upstairs, bedroom bath and sitting area. It was clean and bedding comfortable. If you are a light sleeper be sure to bring a white noise maker as Mike turns the alarm off between 4:30-5:30am 6 days a week and most mornings that beeping woke me up. Also bring your own coffee maker as Mike only has a hot water machine and instant coffee. Mike is a very nice gentleman.

Mike Igwe's place is really home away from home. I really enjoyed my stay at the place -- very quiet, clean, roomy and with all the necessary amenities,and it's in a nice quiet neighborhood too. The setting is pretty cool. The bedroom was great -- I slept great. The place is highly recommended...I look forward to staying there again.

The property was very welcoming, neat and spacious. I had a room, lounge and bathroom all to myself and access to the shared facilities. Mike was also very helpful in helping me around the city and with helpful tips. It was a good experience. Thanks Mike
