In a quiet residential area, large 73m2 apartment in the historic center of Apt with secure parking (remote-controlled gate). Located 300m from shops, an intermarket, cultural activities, bus station, Place de la Bouquerie (Bars, Ice-cream parlors, Restaurants, night entertainment…) Fully-equipped kitchen (Self-cleaning oven, hob, microwave, washing machine crockery, fridge with freezer compartment, hood, kitchen utensils, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, electric barbecue ... Room with a double bed of 160, fan and its dressing room. Living room dining room (Table welcoming 6 people, Sofa, free Wi-Fi, Flat screen and DVD) Double sink bathroom, shower, hair dryer, Washing machine, drying rack, table and iron. Terrace (garden furniture, parasol), garden (2 sun loungers) facing south, not overlooked. Completely renovated, double glazing. Water, electricity and tourist tax included. Sheets, towels (30 €) and end of stay cleaning (60 €) available. Baby cot and high chair available at no extra charge.

Many thanks Laurent and Annika for your generous welcome. Arriving during a heat wave we really appreciated the lovely cool apartment and the secure parking for our motorcycles. We found the apartment to be spacious, beautifully arranged and perfect for our holiday. It is within easy walking distance to the town and its quaint little streets, shops and restaurants. There are lots of tourist attractions nearby and plenty of information provided in the apartment. Highly recommended. Merci beaucoup Laurent et Annika pour votre accueil généreux. En arrivant pendant une vague de chaleur, nous avons vraiment apprécié le bel appartement frais et le parking sécurisé pour nos motos. Nous avons trouvé l'appartement spacieux, joliment aménagé et parfait pour nos vacances. Il est facilement accessible à pied de la ville et de ses petites rues pittoresques, ses boutiques et ses restaurants. Il y a de nombreuses attractions touristiques à proximité et de nombreuses informations fournies dans l'appartement. Hautement recommandé.

The apartment is centrally located in the Luberon region of the Provence and is ideal for daily sightseeing tours in and around Apt. The pedestrian zone is only a couple minutes walk away. Apt itself has various shops and all the basics - supermarkets, gas stations, bakeries and many specialty shops. The cost for the apartment for one week was very reasonable. The apartment looks freshly renovated and complete with modern furnishings and appliances. The entrance is gated, offering secured parking 24 hours a day. The owners live above the apartment and are friendly and communicate well.

We spent four nights in this immaculately clean, spacious and comfortable apartment very close to the centre of Apt.Laurent and Annick gave us a warm and friendly welcome.They live in the house above, so would be on hand to deal with any problems. We visited the Apt Saturday market, the ochre quarries, some of the hillside villages and walked in the hills. The parking just outside the door was very handy, not far to carry the loads of stuff I always seem to travel with. The furniture and fittings were all new, the only things we missed were a couple of small kitchen knives to deal with the produce I bought at the market.Otherwise everything possible was there. We would certainly recommend the apartment as a base to explore the Luberon area.

Wir haben eine ganz großartige Woche in Apt verbracht. Der Ort liegt sehr günstig in der Mitte von Provence und man kann im Umkreis von 50 km sehr, sehr viele Sehenswürdigkeiten besuchen und genießen. Die Wohnung selbst ist für zwei fast zu groß, selbst mit vier Personen hätte man keine Platzangst, nur die Schlafmöglichkeit für weitere zwei Personen fehlt. Komplett renoviert, mit toller Küche, großen Bett, Parkplatz direkt vor dem Eingang im abgeschlossenen Hof, mitten in einer Stadt, aber trotzdem einigermaßen ruhige Lage. Einzige Manko ist der Schimmelgeruch im Wohnzimmer. Es hilft nur wenn man die Fenster ganze Zeit offen lässt, was nicht das Problem wäre - die massiven Schutzgitter und abgeschlossenes Gelände bieten viel Sicherheit. Die Fenster und Terrassentür sind mit verschließbaren Moskitonetze ausgestattet, was auch sehr gut ist. Die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind auch zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die Preise sind ähnlich wie in Deutschland, egal ob Lebensmittel oder Sprit. Die Vermieter sind sehr hilfreich und freundlich. Wir werden sehr gerne noch mal diese Wohnung nutzen. Vielen Dank für tolle Zeit!

location spacieuse, très propre, et très bien aménagée. Rien ne manque. Propriétaires charmants, à l'écoute et en toute discrétion. Bien située, en ville, tout en étant très calme. Bonne localisation pour naviguer dans le Lubéron et ses magnifiques paysages, villages. Nous recommandons vivement cette location. Et encore merci aux propriétaires pour leur accueil.

Die recht große und komplett eingerichtete Wohnung liegt im Souterrain und ist gerade in der wärmeren Jahreszeit angenehm kühl, aber dadurch auch nicht ganz so hell. Dafür hat man einen kleinen Garten mit einem Sitzplatz und Liegen. Die Lage ist sehr zentral. Apt selbst ist gemütlich und nicht sehr vom Tourismus geprägt, der Markt ist beeindruckend. Wir haben uns bei Annick und Laurent sehr wohl gefühlt, sie sind aufmerksame und hilfsbereite Gastgeber. Ganz herzlichen Dank für eure Gastfreundschaft

Wir haben den Großteil unseres Portugal Frankreich-Urlaubs in Apt verbracht und hatten eine tolle, erholsame und erlebnisreiche Zeit. Die Wohnung liegt sehr ruhig und dennoch zentral und in einem Haus, in dem auch Laurent mit seiner Frau lebt. Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut, es hat uns während unseres Aufenthaltes an nichts gefehlt. Daneben ist auch die Gastfreundschaft der beiden hervorzuheben. Zu keiner Zeit aufdringlich waren sie jederzeit für uns ansprechbar. Wir können diese tolle Unterkunft nur jedem ans Herz legen. Hier macht man alles richtig. Das Apartement eignet sich perfekt für diverse Tagesausflüge in der Region. Aber auch der Ort Apt ist sehr schön und mehr als nur einen Spaziergang wert. Kleine Warnung: Wir mussten schmerzhaft feststellen, dass die Provence offenbar ein Mückenparadies ist - seid bei eurer Reise also besser vorbereitet. ;-)

Grundsätzlich waren Platzangebot, (oberflächlicher) Renovierungszustand und Ausstattung der Wohnung sehr gut und entsprachen voll dem Inserat. Allerdings war die Wohnung feucht und ein muffiger Geruch hielt sich hartnäckig (besonders in den Kissen und Polstern des Sofas). Anders als die Vermieter angaben, handelt es sich wohl um ein grundsätzliches Problem, vermutlich aufsteigende Feuchtigkeit in den Wänden (Einliegerwohnung). Stellenweise konnte man sich ablösende Tapeten erkennen. Eine solche Wohnung hätten wir nicht gemietet.

Logement très confortable , propreté impeccable. La fraîcheur de l'appartement est très appréciable . Les propriétaires sont très sympas et "aux petits soins" avec les locataires. Ils habitent au-dessus et sont très discrets. Nous avons garé notre moto dans le jardin , le portail est sécurisé c'était parfait. Le quartier est calme et la région magnifique. Wir waren das erste Mal in der Provence. Die Region und auch die Unterkunft haben unsere Erwartungen erfüllt und übertroffen. ( das bei bis zu 46° Grad ) Herzliche Gastgeber, netter Empfang. Wohnung ist auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen. Apt, kleines Städtchen mit guten Lokalen. Am Sonntag etwas verschlafen 😉Markt am Samstag nicht verpassen, unbedingtes Muss.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist sehr gepflegt und gut eingerichtet und hat sogar einen Garten, den wir auch, wenn es das Wetter zuließ, genutzt haben. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und jederzeit ansprechbar. Die Lage der Wohnung ist sehr günstig. in 5 Minuten ist man in der Altstadt.Apt ist auch ein guter Ausgangspunkt für Unternehmungen in der Vaucluse.

Die kleine Stadtwohnung im Souterrain ist ideal für den Urlaub zu zweit. Nette Vermieter begrüßen die Gäste, Sprachkenntnisse in englisch erleichtern die Kommunikation. Die Wohnung ist modern und praktisch eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Der kleine, üppig bewachsene Garten ist eine geschützte Oase, die den Stadtlärm ausblendet. Die Altstadt mit Geschäften, Restaurants und dem bunten Markttreiben am Wochenende ist fußläufig erreichbar. Apt liegt zentral mitten im Luberon und ist ein guter Ausgangsort für die Erkundung dieses Teils der Provence. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
