About this villa rental
Villa Vivaris is an ideal place for a comfortable stay. This modern, luxurious property is located approx. 1500m from gorgeous Athens Riviera beaches. Just a 20 min drive from the airport and a 40 min drive from the centre of Athens and the Acropolis make it an ideal holiday destination.
A 1500sq.m fenced plot of land, comprising of well tended lawns, flower beds, an outdoor dining table and sun loungers around the pool. It offers complete privacy from the outside world!
On the ground floor there is a large living room, a fully equipped kitchen,
two bedrooms and 1 bathroom. On the top floor there are two bedrooms with en suite bathrooms. The master bedroom has a balcony with a view of the pool and the sea. There are two more bedrooms on the top floor with a shared bathroom.
The villa is newly built and very comfortable, furnished and equipped with all new appliances.
There are eight air-conditioning units (one in the living room, one in the kitchen and one in each bedroom), high speed Wi-Fi access and satellite TV. There is a washing machine, iron, ironing board and 3 hair dryers.
The kitchen includes: stove with oven, refrigerator with freezer and potable water cooler, dishwasher, microwave, espresso coffee machine, kettle, juicer and toaster, as well as utensils and everything necessary for cooking.
Parking for 2 cars are for your personal use.
The villa is located in a very quiet residential neighbourhood. It is close to beaches, supermarkets, local shops, cafes, bakeries and restaurants. Along the coast there are many lively beach bars great for an evening drink! There is a diving centre close by and water sports are available at Lagonissi Grand Resort.
Other nearby areas of interest are:
- Vouliagmeni natural thermal lake (17km).

We all had a good time in this house (family with 4 kids). The doors to the pool can be locked which was very good for us in terms of kids security.
Natasha and her colleague (I can't remember his accurate name) were very kind and helpful.
