Great spot right across from the beach and just a few blocks from wonderful restaurants and bars. Check in could not have been easier and parking is directly out front. Our family loved the heated pool too.

This VRBO was EXCELLENT! Beautiful location, lovely and calm rooms, and the pool was top notch. Derek, the manager, was helpful and friendly. He was accommodating on check-in and checkout. The apt is located 20 feet off of Ocean Avenue in Riviera Beach. There are two excellent beach access points within a 5 minute walk, all with bathrooms/showers/life guards. There's also easy access (5-10 minute walk) to a number of restaurants and takeout. Less than a 15 minute walk to Phil Foster Park too! The neighborhood is very quiet, calm and lovely. Beaches are stunning! The apartment itself was very clean and well maintained. There were nice touches like beach towels, water bottles, and nice soaps/shampoos. It was spacious with a kitchenette with all the necessities including a coffee maker and keurig (BYO coffee), oven, microwave, fridge, and stove with all the necessary dishes, silverware, and pots/pans. The bedrooms were relaxing, plenty of space, had storage and the beds and bedding were comfy. There's a lovely, peaceful court yard with lush foliage, statues, and plenty of seating. And, the pool was clean and while not terribly large (25' x 12'), it was deep (6 feet), clean, surrounded by chairs and largely unused by anyone else so our kids could be a little crazy. This place was *GREAT!*

My husband and I loved staying at Sunshine Shores. The apartment was terrific, and the owner, Derek, is just lovely. We rented a car, but there are about five restaurants within walking distance as well as a nice Park and the beach. We highly recommend this place!

We have been going to Peanut Island as a family for a long time now, but have never stayed on the island before. This beach apartment was so convenient to everything we needed, & very clean, nicely decorated, bright & airy. We also snorkeled the bridge for the first time, which was cool, but there were lots of jellyfish out there this weekend so we had to be careful. I loved the proximity of this property to the beach, too, just a short walk down the street. The property manager, Derek, was so responsive & helpful, we didn’t have to worry about a thing. Only critique, ditch the air freshener! Haha. Just one plug-in was way too strong for me & it took all weekend for the place to air out. Would definitely stay there again.
