Modern beach chic boutique apartment with a touch of old school Florida. Sleeps 2 adults and 2 children under 16 on 2 comfy queen size beds. Separate bathroom with spacious living room that connects to the dining area. Full kitchen includes place setting for 4, starter kit of (paper towels, toilet paper, soap), tableware and cookware.

Located a short walk to a town beach and municipal beach. Access to water sports, fishing, dining, some of the best scuba diving and snorkeling in Florida (Phil Foster Park).

Short drive from Palm Beach International Airport and renowned golf courses and restaurants.

My family had the best time here! The condo was spotless, kitchen equipped with all our needs to make meals, quiet but very kind & welcoming neighbors, beautiful pool & balcony, and Derek was very accommodating and responsive to any questions or requests. We loved that it was walking distance to the beach and so many fun restaurants. The area felt safe and overall a beautiful island for a vacation. We definitely will have to plan another trip back here! Thanks so much again, Derek!

Condo was cute and perfectly described in pictures. The courtyard area and pool were well kept and a nice place to relax. Derrick is a fantastic host and was there to help with anything we needed and offer recommendations for restaurants and activities. Would love to return!

Derek was very welcoming and easily accessible for questions and suggestions. The accommodations were clean and perfect for our needs. Location was excellent. We would definitely recommend.
