Big, beautiful home with large gathering areas. Bedrooms all good size and master on top floor is huge. Top of line appliances and kitchen has everything anyone would need. Pool was cleaned twice in a week and access to beach was easy. Chairs and umbrellas set up each day we were there. Location is convenient to shops and restaurants. Will be back.

The house was very nice and very well supplied. The only property issue that occurred (one A/C unit not operating properly) was rectified immediately. Unfortunately, it was not always an enjoyable experience because each day required someone to establish a place at the beach by 7:00 am or there would be no direct access to the water (I didn't get out there until 7:30 on the 4th and had to set up chairs four houses down the beach - 1st world problem). I understand that it is a public beach during the week of July 4th, but for this price it was not worth it. If you like wall-to-wall tents, umbrellas, and chairs, you will enjoy the beach experience. 30-A has changed through the years and is not the beach experience I once enjoyed. Still a beautiful beach and house but just not for me.
