We did stay twice before and had a better lodge than this one, regarding the privacy and conditions. So try to avoid num

The area around it, not far from London. Heating was very good. Spacious enough for 4.

We stayed at number 10 and couldn’t open the curtains as everyone could see in. Fences should be put up to have a bit of privacy, only one fence by the jacuzzi which again doesn’t give you privacy when in jacuzzi. There’s no curtains on the small windows above the main one, so you get light coming in when trying to sleep in the morning. Kitchen ustensil are fine for two but not 4 peoples Like saucepan and pan. Firdge was not cold enough but freezer was fine.

Compact and comfortable. It was clean and the hot tub was great.

More lights are needed around the site as it was very dark walking in the evening. We also didn’t have much cutlery in our lodge

WiFi very bad-don’t work! When staying there, relax-swimming ….. next day personal coming check water in jacuzzi- without any agreement, this is not legal, people rent this place for relax and someone coming to your jacuzzi. After this last day, before check out another person coming 8:20am cleaning jacuzzi -but check out 10am! It means everyone can stay in jacuzzi till 10am!!! I must go to the court Deposit he take and not pay back after

Half okay, half horrendous. Will never return.

The lodge was nice enough, spacious, clean and tidy.

The people in the lodge next door were playing loud music, drinking, taking drugs, and letting off fireworks all the way through Saturday night, and they were still going when we left on Sunday. When we dropped the key back, there is a sign outside the office with a number for out of hours security. Unfortunately that number wasn't available in the lodge in the middle of the night when it was needed.

Very clean, spacious, quiet and comfortable…didn’t have a chance to use the hot tub, but it was regularly serviced anyway, so was always ready to go!…our Lodge had everything needed for a self-catering stay including washing machine, dish washer, pots/pans, all utensils & even cleaning supplies/vacuum cleaner etc….decorated to a high standard throughout, large wall TV in lounge area + separate smaller wall TV in bedroom 1…both bathrooms functioned well too. The only things we missed was a full length mirror & a cafetière (my wife loves real coffee), but we were extremely happy with the modern decor and amenities!!

Clean, spacious and lovely hot tub!

Did not sleep well due to the train noise. No clothes drier rack which is needed with a hot tub. Shop on site no ice and very little essentials.

Relaxing

The location and space was fantastic Nice and quiet with the hot tub being a great asset. Loved our stay and will look to stay again.

The only issue was the oven. We weren’t told on check in it was broken. It wouldn’t have made a difference if we were told. We had planned to use it but only found out it was broken by work men coming to take it out.

Luxurious lodge with great facilities, beautiful surroundings and a lovely hot tub to enjoy in the evenings.

Only minor dislike was the continuous sound of strimmers throughout the morning and early afternoon.

Property was fantastic - so clean and everything we needed. Great and helpful staff. Hit tub emptied and clean for new visitors. Great Indian on site too. Great stay.

Friends London trip.

Reception were really helpful. We were able to arrange check in early as we were heading straight to London. It’s such a great location for getting to London, but still able to relax when you get back. Lovely hot tub too. We enjoyed a drink at the Boathouse.

I spend my stay out of the resort for the surrounding beautiful area. Definitely not coming again.

Location and quietness

Front desk was not polite and not responsive when needed for a problem with the back door that I couldn’t open it for my whole stay! The way they talk to me was impolite since I arrived. In general this place staff were not friendly and not welcoming.
