Location is really good, with train station next door for easy travel into central London, yet you feel a million miles away from the city when you are relaxing in the hot tub and at the lodge. Our lodge was so comfortable; huge shower, separate bath, comfy beds, comfy sofas, big tv, well equipped kitchen, and the lovely terrace with outdoor seating and hot tub. The hot tub was checked every day. The staff were all lovely. We only ate at the Boathouse once (great breakfasts) but it was nice, with lovely outdoor area at the back.

Stayed before. Good location, clean facilities.
On this stay the WiFi was terrible, in fact it barely worked for the whole three days.

We've stayed at Roydon before and we love the place. It's peaceful, the lodges are well enough kept and the marina itself is lovely. Permanent residents are friendly and help is always on hand if we need it.
The particular lodge we stayed in had a garden space that wasnt as private as the others. But thats a really minor issue!
