Parfait. Propriétaire extrêmement gentille et attentionnée. Accueil parfait. Maison exceptionnelle. Maison italienne authentique avec un grand confort. Tout était parfait !

We spent almost a week in this spacious, clean, tastfully decorated and fully equipped apartment, run by the very helpful, sympathetic couple Daniela and Roberto. In the morning, enjoying breakfast in front of the house, in the early morning sun, is the best start of the day. Spectacular mountainbike tours and walks can be made right from the quiet mountain village of Statale. The Val Graveglia is a pleasure to explore by bike and car! In the evening, we enjoyed the valley view with unforgettable sunsets, drinking wine, a fine welcome gift.

Two more comfortable terrace chairs would be nice, and some small, cosy lights in the living, kitchen and bedroom. Be aware that the house is not in the village of Né, but in Statale, reached by a winding mountain road, about 35 mins by car from the coast.

Nuisances sonores majeures: des aboiements incessant de plusieurs chiens situés sous un hangar près du jardin, de jour comme de nuit, empêchant de dormir (problème non mentionné dans l'annonce). De plus, l'accès au jardin privatif était impossible et dangereux car un chien y était laissé en liberté et nous barre le passage du jardin de la maison car celui ci est en faite mitoyen.
