Nous avons découvert un studio à moitié plus petit que mentionné dans le contrat, soit 15m2 au lieu des 30 m2 du contrat signé par le propriétaire
L'agencement est ancien avec salle de bain rose, rideau de baignoire en plastique, lavabo à colonne, coin cuisine en formica jaune, lit au raz du sol, chauffage réglé à la température fixée par le propriétaire avec interdiction d'y toucher.
