It has been completely renovated, including refinished hardwood floors, new kitchen and bath with two sleeper sofas for more friends to stay. A quick 10-minute uber ride and you'll be standing at The Ryman Auditorium, The Gulch, the airport, Nissan stadium, Bridgestone arena, Tootsie's honky tonk on lower broad or any of the popular restaurants around the famed 5-points in East Nashville.

The property was extremely clean and tidy. Located close to the Geodis park venue and other local sites. The neighborhood was very quiet. The cottage was exactly what we needed for our stay. Dave is an excellent host.
