Come enjoy a relaxing beach vacation at the Blue Haven house! This 2 story condo has everything you need with all the comforts of home. Enjoy both the sunrise and sunset views from 2 balconies that overlook the canals and bay. 2,500 feet to the beach, bay out the back door! Located off 94th street, this condo is a short walk to the beach, the grocery store, coffee shop, and many restaurants. The neighborhood has a community park, tennis courts, basketball courts, and art center. Enjoy this spacious and open concept 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom + loft. Entire condo has been recently renovated and lovingly taken care of. Both bathrooms have been recently renovated. Keyless entry, plenty of parking, washer and dryer, central air, WiFi, 4 large flat screen TVs, Amazon Alexa for music, full kitchen, dishwasher, & all linens (including sheets, bath towels, pillows) are among the long list of amenities included in this unit. Max 6 adults. Max occupancy 10 with children.
Please note that this condo is located on the 3rd floor with no elevator access.

We had a fantastic stay at this condo in Ocean City! The place was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The views were absolutely beautiful, and the bed was incredibly comfortable—which made winding down after a beach day even better.The only hiccup was that the cleaning company didn’t leave enough towels and, despite telling the owner they delivered more, we never received them. Fortunately, that small issue didn’t take away from our experience at all.Overall, we had a wonderful time and would definitely stay here again!

House was nicely furnished and bathrooms were clean.We only had 4 sets of towels and. had to vacuum at our arrival. There was lots of sand on floor and cheetos under couch. That was the only issue The rest of our trip was great and I would still highly recommend this property. It was comfortable and location was good.

This was our 3rd time staying at Blue Haven House for our family vacation, and it was another great stay. We loved the addition of the table & chairs on the deck. We ate most of our meals there and enjoyed the beautiful view. This home has wonderful amenities and thoughtful touches especially if you’re traveling with children. We’ll be back again next year!
