About this apartment rental
This apartment, completely refurbished in winter 2019, is located in a privileged location in Port-Grimaud, Ideally located in the Marina, water coaches and boat shuttles are available for you to go to the Saint-Tropez Market, in Sainte-Maxime , while avoiding road traffic.
Access to all amenities, shops, bars, restaurant, Port-Grimaud market 100 meters away, beaches, everything is close by and once in the apartment there is absolute calm overlooking the canals and boats.
The long balcony with its arcades runs along the entire apartment and gives a direct view of the Marina and the Grimaud castle.
Very bright, facing west.
Whether for a candlelit dinner or a last drink, you can enjoy the sunset. Including 1 bedroom with new bedding, a Queen size bed and a sofa bed in the living room (whose 140x200 mattress is 20 cm thick), this 46 m2 apartment accommodates 4 people + a baby (cot, high chair) .
Kitchen: induction hobs, dishwasher, dishes provided.
Bedroom, living room, dining room everything is new.
Standing and quality materials.
Wifi, television with international channels, + Netflix etc ...

We had a very good stay in the apartment. Location in Port Grimaud is very good as it is in a central, but quit part of Port Grimaud. View from balcony over the water and boats was very lovely. Our host was very helpful and friendly.
only small issue was that the air condition unit was noisy. But overall we really enjoyed our stay in the apartment.

Accommodation was same as the pictures, very well equipped kitchen nice balcony to sit and relax.
Only issue we had was the boiler didn’t work when we were there for a week, the shower was either scolding hot or freezing cold, Beatrice did try and get this fixed but wasn’t able to in the time we were there.
As we couldn’t use the shower I did on return request a partial refund which was ignored by Beatrice, I felt it only fair to be refunded some of the cost due to the fact we couldn’t use the shower.
Also VbR are not very good with their correspondence considering they get a fee to be the agent.
Finally note that there is a cleaning fee to be paid on arrival in cash of just under 50 EUROS this is hidden in a drop down box on the information.
