Enjoy breathtaking views of Napatree point and historic Watch Hill harbor from this elegant third floor elevator access penthouse condominium. Economical option while attending weddings in the area. Within a short walking distance to wedding venues. Three pristine beaches are available to our guests with just a short walk. The unit includes central air, hardwood floors, granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, washer and dryer and ocean-facing porch. In addition to a spacious open floor plan, the kitchen and dinning areas offers dramatic open ocean views of Napa Tree point from the large picture window. The infamous Watch Hill Carousel is close by along with quaint shops to accommodate all interests. Several eateries/restaurants are within walking distance. If eating in is more to your liking, you have two options. The first being the gourmet kitchen and the second a summer kitchen with gas grill located on your private 1000 square foot roof top deck. When the shopping and beach fun have ended for the day, you can enjoy a cocktail while you view astonishing sunsets by the gas fire pit. We know you will have unforgettable memories. We loved the property and its location. The condo itself was spacious, clean and well equipped. The rooftop was the real winner. We travelled with little ones and were able to put them to bed and then enjoy the rooftop. Thanks!

This was one of the best rental properties I've stayed in. The furnishings are high-end and beautiful. From the moment we walked in, we were impressed by how clean and well kept the condo is. Everything was just as described. The view from the smaller deck on the main level is magnificent. We could see the carousel, the beach, and the harbor. It was a special nook for our morning coffee. But for an even more incredible experience, we headed up to the rooftop deck. It was one of the highlights. It's a huge space with a 300-degree view of Watch Hill and all it's beauty. There's a fire table, a fridge, a grill, and a sink. And there's a huge umbrella to keep you in the shade if you prefer. Comfy lounge and padded chairs added to the comfort. What a spectacular addition to this wonderful rental. We could not have asked for more. The owner was helpful and quick to respond with any questions we had before and during our stay. Central to everything. This peaceful retreat is a respite from all the craziness of 2020, and I would definitely rent this unit again.
