Wonderful location in Orlando, great gated community and amazing water park on site. Very clean area. Villa was excellent, great heated pool, big kitchen and large bedrooms. Very safe.
Bathrooms were dated and needed refurbishment. The bathroom sink taps were corroded and water tasted funny, with black bits coming out of taps.

location, number of rooms and bathrooms, mostly clean and dinning, living and kitchen good size and open.
we loved the community club area. excellent amenities.
carpet was dirty, kitchen was not very well equipped, (only 8 forks) no dish towels…etc. couch uncomfortable and beds are especially uncomfortable. (downstairs bedroom mattress slopes to middle) no working light on night table, fan and light did not work separately.
