Falésia Beach Just 800 m (Apartment Surfal)

Agradável surpresa, embora a precisar de algumas pequenas melhorias. Localização, comodidades, boas áreas, conforto e varanda bem simpática para desfrutar. Bom sinal wi-fi e relação valor/qualidade.

As luzes do quarto e a da varanda deviam ser mais luminosas. Faltam pelo menos duas tomadas de eletricidade, uma na casa de banho e outra na sala. Ausência de ferro de engomar e toalhas para utilização diária com cheiro a mofo.

I originally booked this accommodation for 4 weeks but ended up staying for 9 weeks as it was such a good deal. I found the accommodation pleasant. Has everything you need: Smart TV with USB/HDMI connections, WiFi, microwave, 4 hob gas cooker, toaster, fridge freezer, nice big size bed, bath/shower, large balcony with nice view. The property is situated in a convenient location, close to all local amenities. Just across the road you have the “Surfal” bar which serves hot food, cold snacks, tea/coffee, and a wide range of alcohol beverages. The girls working there are very friendly as well. You have a couple of supermarkets close by. The best one I would say in terms of prices and selection of food would be the “Coviran” supermarket which is around a 10 minute walk to the right of the apartment. This is where I bought most of my food as I cooked my own meals to save money. Also near the supermarket you have a few restaurants such as a curry and steak house. If you are into health and fitness you also have the 5 star “Pine Cliffs” hotel just a little further up which has a state of the art gym, pool and health suite which you can use for around 50 euros per month. In regards to the Accommodation’s proximity to the beach, I’d say it’s around a 20 minute walk. Next to the beach you have hills which lead to Vilamoura Marina. It’s a lovely walk and takes around an hour to get to the marina which has loads of restaurants/bars and is a very nice area. Only really accounted one problem at the accommodation and that was a burst pipe but the apartment managers swiftly sent someone out to take care of it so I cannot fault them.

Only thing missing really was a washing machine. Not really a problem for short term but I ended up staying for 9 weeks so would have been handy.

The location is very good. The neighborhood is quiet

Overall, the apartment is very good. It needs some minor fixes, but noting significant. I would recomend some air conditioning equipment or some ventilation fan during the summer season.

Dårlige senge, tilkalket brusehoved, beskidt bruseforhæng, toilet sad ikke fast i gulvet (tippede) og på trods af at jeg gav besked via app, fik jeg intet svar, før efter vi var checket ud.
