Clean, beautiful hotel, great location next to train station and 5 min walk to Divine Mercy. There is a gym and saunas
Bed is a bit soft. Our bed is just 1 foot away from the bathroom door

Beautiful sparkling-clean hotel very close to the motorway and the sanctuary. Staff was very friendly and extremely helpful (especially the lady at the front-desk very welcoming and knowledgable). Interior nicely decorated. Very comfortable bed. Wide variety of food for breakfast, everything fresh. Gym was nicely equipped, very nice that the hotel has sauna.
Besides closed windows we were able to hear all trains clearly. Some of them passing by even during the night. Making windows more soundproof could be the solution.
Sauna was cold once we arrived- we had to figure out how it is working and then to wait until it warms up- it might have been done upon our arrival. We would prefer sauna to be open for all not privatized- we found it a bit exotic. We were lucky to find a spot available to use it but I would be very unhappy knowing that sauna is there and is fully booked.

Excellent staff and very good hospitality and guidance for the tourists to see the landmarks of Krakow
Just little away from Old Town but good transportation with excellent trams to go anywhere in the city or Day trips
