Very clean rooms. The MORNING staffs here are amazing. Nice! Very accommodating. Sorry didn’t get her name! We stayed for 2 nights, we met her on the second day. The gentleman at the lobby is also amazing. (Sorry didn’t get his name, too!) They got us a taxi to Great Wall of China and got us a taxi when we are leaving for Forbidden City. We stayed at Grand Hyatt in the city because of the service here. Thanks!
