The property was perfect. We met so many friendly people staying in other units at the property. Our unit was beautifully updated and included everything we could possibly need. My granddaughters attended a surf camp just a short walk down the beach for the week so the location of the property was perfect. It was also very close to everything else New Smyrna Beach has to offer.

Condo was very clean.Beds were clean and comfortable . Pictures on Vrbo were accurate. Owners were very easy to communicate with. We had a great stay will rent this condo again .

We had a wonderful time at Ebbtide 705. The condo was very clean and had everything that we needed. The ocean views were beautiful and the chairs on the balcony were very comfortable. The Condo came with a garage but our car was too long for it.
Diane with Verb was so good in responding when we had a questions. Would stay here again !!
