Obiekt ulokowany w spokojnej, zielonej okolicy. W obiekcie czysto. Bardzo dużym atutem jest bliska obecność lasów i małego jeziorka. Bezproblemowe parkowanie auta przy obiekcie. Miejsce idealne na wypoczynek dla kogoś kto ceni ciszę i kontakt z przyrodą.
Niewystarczająca ilość naczyń (głębokie talerze). Dekoder od telewizora nie zawsze działał. Brak możliwości wyłączenia działającego grzejnika w największym pomieszczeniu ( latem! ). Brak zasięgu telefonicznego. Brak sklepów w okolicy.

To miejsce dobre na oderwanie się od codzienności. Posiada wszystko co powinno mieć . Tu można , bez stresu spędzić czas na łowieniu ryb w samotności, bądź też spędzanie czasu ze znajomymi. Nikt cię tu nie znajdzie.
Ktoś , kto musi często przyjeżdżać do Poznania, to jednak musi zarezerwować na to , ok 45 min w jedną stronę
