About this house rental
Our custom shipping container home is 3000 sqft. It's full of light & it has a large, custom kitchen. It has a unique atmosphere, comfort & privacy. It has 25 ft ceilings in the great room! The location really is central, there's so many things to do! We are near many shops, restaurants & parks, downtown and the mountains! We're a quick drive to the airport!

The movie room is the only room that is carpeted. It's great for movies and family time! We do NOT have a TV. We do have a screen projector, you can watch dvd's Netflix, Hulu, etc.
***We do have an attached apartment connected to our home! It is occupied full time! For this reason, we have STRICT quiet hours (10p-8a). Any guest of ours MUST respect our tenant!
We do NOT allow parties or marijuana use on the property. We do not allow extra guests at the house. You may not host friends or family without consulting us first.
***There will be a fee if cigarette butts are found on the property. We are a no smoking house!
This is our home, so there will be remnants of us during your stay - if that bothers you, please do NOT inquire about booking. Because we live here with our children, things are often changing (and upgrading) - pictures may NOT be up to date. Please inquire with questions.

We absolutely loved this unique container home. It was a perfect fit for our large family. Beautifully decorated and well furnished... Our family loved every minute, sometimes not wanting to leave for our planned adventures. Excellent location for day trips to Estes Park, Red Rocks and Boulder.

This interesting and well thought out home was perfect for our group of 4 adults and 2 kids. We all had plenty of our own spaces and the outdoor area was excellent for dining in the evenings. Recommend!

Very well set up for families with small children. We had 5 adults in the house and used it for co-working/offsite meeting space. It was fine, but a bit challenging for logistics. The house is a bit funky, but we were without a lot of proactive information (fan didn't work, swamp cooler wasn't operable at the time of visit, information about the fire outside, use of the speaker system). The kitchen is well stocked in some ways, but not in others (no microwave, no toaster, hard to find utlencils). Good location, cool concept of a house. Owners are responsive when you ask questions.
