About this house rental
Come stay in our recently remodeled family homestead that was built in the 1880’s. It’s a relaxing getaway on a true Texas cattle ranch that has been operated by our family for well over 100 years.
We have another rental house listed as "Koch Ranch - Cabin" which is located next door. Many guests rent both houses. They are far enough apart where each house has privacy from each other, but groups are close enough to enjoy their stay together.

What a wonderful and peaceful venue. We had our Family Xmas here and just enjoyed the peace and quiet and nostalgic setting. David was super responsive and easy to work with. Directions were clear and everything was exactly as described. We are making plans to return.
