Great stay in a great location.

This hotel is great value for money. I have seen many negative reviews on this place but you get what you pay for. If you want a more luxurious hotel just pay more and don't give negative reviews on a great value for money hotel. Already booked for another visit.

Location was great for public transport, and the beach was within easy walking distance. Comfortable rooms, huge TV with a good choice to watch when relaxing in the evening.

We stayed here just for one night on our way back home, as I had a small accident during our holiday and didn’t feel up to driving for so many hours. Honestly, it turned out to be a brilliant choice. First of all, a huge thank you for your help with the car, we were starting to feel quite stressed and you really saved the day. In my country, when someone does something that clever and helpful, we say they’re an artist (meaning a true genius) and you definitely earned that title! The place itself is great value for money. The TV and fridge are little extras that make a big difference. Not sure if you painted the pictures on the wall yourself and that’s where the name comes from, but if so — hats off, they’re lovely! All in all, a very comfortable stopover, and a genuinely warm experience. Thanks again for everything!

The only thing I didn’t quite like was that at night the hot water worked fine, but in the morning it didn’t :( I’m sure that if I had mentioned it you would have helped right away (you’ve been that kind the whole time) but I was in a rush, so I ended up having a nearly cold shower. Not a big deal, just something to keep in mind.

Only 1 person running the whole accommodation and was always there to help, very friendly on arrival and consistent throughout my whole stay. Close to the train station and a stones throw from the beach. Would reccomend to anyone who wants acces to Benidorm but also appreciates the smaller surrounding areas. 15 min walk to the local town Villajoyosa which is definitely worth checking out. Also had plenty of parking at the accommodation.

Great “ bolt hole” suited my needs and affordable,

Clean I was collected from airport by the manager who was polite helpful and kind throughout my stay. It is a simple hostel and an ideal base with train station close by and lovely clean beach across the road with two good beach bars. Room comfortable simply furnished.

I missed not having a kettle in my room but hostel rate very reasonable and I had tea every morning on the terrace given to me with a smile. Hteat

The best price / quality value

The hotel is right outside of town. The hotel has 15 rooms and is run only by the owner. Due to the fact that the owner does it all himself: receiving guests, cleaning, ironing the sheets, making breakfast and so on and so fort, I really appreciated my stay. Room was very clean and spacious. The best price / quality value ever! The owner hardly speaks Spanish or English, but when you are a little bit patient will him and can see through it all, he is the best! I would definitely go back to this hotel.

The person at reception, I remember him been a little cold welcoming, even I remember him telling me that if I don't like it, I can go. Obviously he won't have returned me the money. And I didn't want to loose my money, so I accepted to stay.

It was cheap so in that respect it offered value for money. Pets allowed.

The host was pleasant and polite. We chose the accommodation as we had a dog. Although the hostal was not in a town, The area around had sufficient facilities.

The fixtures and fittings were old and tired. There was no bulb in the main light thus room was very dark. There was no hot water and the pressure was a trickle, so waste of time for shower.

Nice accommodation just outside of Villajoyosa

Friendly host with basic English. Large rooms with wardrobe and air-conditioning. Nice terrace to sit outside with. Check in was at 14:00 prompt.

I would say the accommodation is more in Paridis than Villajoyosa as from the center of Villajoysa it is a 25 minute walk. This was not a problem for us avid walkers but just be aware.

Good

Room was clean and cosy. 24 hour access, Public parking right outside the property. Plenty of dinner options 5 minutes away by car. Included towels and clean linen. Host was very chill. Room was very spacious with private bathroom. Can't complain.

No hair drier. No kettle in the room but I didn't check lobby, might be there. Google maps was a bit annoying finding the location. Had to look around and drive a bit before I found it. It's right next to the road. Hot water takes a while to flow into the pipes.
