Calle Malta 19 Villa

Property was fantastic! Andrew came to meet us with the keys, he was lovely! Property was spotless, comfortable beds, well equipped house-everything you needed and more. Air con was fantastic. Pool was lovely! The location is perfect! We didn’t hire a car this time around so was perfect being 10 minutes from airport and walking distance to shops, supermarkets and restaurants:) Highly recommend James’ bar restaurant! We visited 3 times, the food was amazing!!

Only small negative I would say is one of the bed rooms our children slept in the bed was so creaky. Every time they moved in it you can here the squeak through the whole house

Just Great! Cleanliness, quiet area, facilities, everything

Beautiful house close to the shops and restaurants. Quiet area. Nice and helpful owner. Perfect location (around 4 km to wonderful Carabassi beach, 10 km to the airport and 15 km to Alicante center).

The Villa is beautiful, it’s clean, modern and comfortable and has everything you need. We were a family of 5 and we had plenty of space. the bedrooms are spacious, beds are comfy and having three bathrooms is a bonus! The children loved the pool and were in it every day without fail, again it’s clean and well maintained and it’s so nice to have such a great outside space to relax in. Andrey the owner is friendly and helpful, I messaged with a question about the pool and he was there to help that same afternoon :) The area the villa is in is safe and quiet but just a few minutes down the road are supermarkets, shops and restaurants which was ideal for us. We hired a car to get around so we could see more of the area but you could get away without one if you stay local. As another bonus you are only 15mins from the airport so no long hot transfer when you arrive. We had such a great time we didn’t want to come home and would definitely return, thank you Andrey!
