"Villa Natan et Villa Edouard" with 7 bedrooms for 20 people. There is a large garden with swimming pond, located within walking distance (There is a ping pong table in the garage, free high-speed Wi-Fi and an LED TV with USB and HDMI connection
Sheets and towels are not provided, you can rent them.

Each bedroom has a sink.
Ground floor: bedroom 1: 1 double bed and 1 single bed(bunk bed)

The pictures are misleading. They are taken right after the renovation, but I assume this was quite some time ago. Unfortunately the house is not very clean. The kitchen and dishes weren't washed properly. I assume that the people before us just left it like that. It looks like the owner doesn't invest anything in this house to keep it up to date (or like they say on telephone they don't have time for checking), e.x. one lamp was broken or the toilet seat has seen better days. Small things that are easy fixed and can make a better impression. In description of the house was also written that the house has 6 bathrooms. I was very surprised that this means 2 toilets. I think something like this needs clarification. Also like 4 double beds have a size of 140 m, for some people this is too small for two. It would have been nice to know about it in advance in the description. The rubbish situation was also quite an annoying misunderstanding. We now need to pay another 56 Euros (!) for it, altough we tried to get rid of it (you need to get rid of it by car and what we didn't know in 50 l bags). So it would have been nice to know something like that in advance. The location is great. And the garden as well.

Wir haben das Haus für ein Wochenende gemietet und waren mächtig enttäuscht! Die Räume sind in keinem schönen Zustand. Alles wirkt ein wenig runter gekommen, viele Dinge fehlen und die Toilette im 1. Obergeschoss ist für ein Haus für das wir viel Geld bezahlt haben, nicht hinnehmbar. Das Geschirr war zu großen Teilen dreckig, es fehlte an banalsten Kleinigkeiten, wie zum Beispiel Haken für die Handtücher etc. Die Sauberkeit ließ auch zu wünschen übrig. Zur Krönung des Ganzen sind die Wände gepflastert mit Zetteln, auf denen Verbote stehen - gepaart mit den entsprechenden Strafgeldern, die anfallen, wenn man sich nicht dran hält. Das ist einfach unglaublich daneben. Positiv kann man sagen, dass die Lage wunderbar ist, man ist in wenigen Minuten am Strand.

Le maison est spacieuse et très bien aménagée. Grande table dans la salle à manger pouvant accueillir facilement 14 à 16 personnes en toute convivialité. Cuisine très bien équipée. Chambres tout confort et 2 salles de bain + 2 salles de douches. A environ 300 mètres de la plage et des commerces, elle possède 3 à 4 places de parking. Nous recommandons sans hésiter.

Rien à redire sur ma maison qui est bien tenue et entretenue. Bien que la maison compte 20 lits, attendez-vous à être un peu à l'étroit dans les pièces communes et à ne pas prendre les repas tous ensemble si tous les lits sont occupés.

Uns hat die Gastfreundschaft der Vermieterin Karin sehr gut gefallen. Bei Problemen war sie telefonisch erreichbar und auch persönlich Vorort, um diese zu lösen. Die Villa ist alt und hat ihre Macken wie quietschende Treppen, Türen, Fenster und ein paar andere Kleinigkeiten. Aber die große möblierte Terrasse mit dem Naturteich und bereitgestellter Grill sowie die Lage nahe zum Strand stellen die kleinen Unannehmlichkeiten in den Hintergrund. Im ganzen waren wir sehr zufrieden und würden die Villa weiterempfehlen.

Location pour les 18 ans de ma fille, beaucoup de jeunes donc ... pas facile de trouver une maison assez grande, adaptée et des propriétaires disposés à louer pour ce genre d'évènement. Une maison spacieuse et bien située et un propriétaire disponible pour régler les petits tracas.

In de advertentie staat dat er een hottub aanwezig is. Dit is niet het geval. Wel is er een zwemvijver. Wellicht is dit dezelfde 'categorie' maar twee jaar geleden kozen wij dit huis oa door de aanwezigheid van een hottub. Wij kenden het huis nu al maar het is misschien fijn voor andere mensen dat er staat 'zwemvijver'.
