A stone's throw from the sea, very pleasant house on the peninsula of Port des Barques, a small, peaceful and picturesque village. Beautiful walks or bike rides on the seaside and on Isle Madame.

House much appreciated clear and bright, functional and well equipped with a large living room, open kitchen and 2 large windows overlooking the terrace and the pool.

Enclosed and beautifully wooded garden.
Private swimming pool not overlooked with sliding shelters secured to NF standard.
Large south west facing terrace with sun loungers, table, chairs, plancha and electric blinds.
Outdoor shower with hot water.
Two bikes available.
Open garage and parking in the courtyard, all closed by an electric gate.

Absolute amazing stay. Everything needed, beautiful house with some lovely details. loved it every minute.Location was prefect for us. Little beach few hundred meters away, perfect for our two toddlers (protected beach, no waves and relatively flat). Easy to commute to places of interest.

Very happy with the property, situation was close enough to the centre of the village, and local amenities to walk, have a drink or dinner. Also good access to a local beach with a sea pool providing a safe swimming environment for all.
Good outside space, and facilities you would expect. Lover having access to the pool for days lounging around.

Excellent property and area. Clean, well equipped & ideal for the dog.
Could walk to the shops & restaurants - Viking Brasserie was very good.
