Once on the 7th floor, you find yourself in a welcoming living room nicely sun-bathed thanks to wide bay windows. This so-to-speak endless living space between the inside and outside is simply amazing.It seems you simply dive into the Palais des Festivals and the bay.
The living room with modern and pure lines is nicely sun-bathed. The chill-out area benefits from two comfortable Italian design sofas. The sobre hues are warmed up with elegant scarlet touches.
The dining area bets on simplicity. The unadorned furniture provides what is needed, a round dining table up to 6 guests. You will feel at ease to organise meetings or a nice friendly meal in a sober but refined setting.
The living area totally opens onto the splendid terrace. Wood, glass and stainless steel materials used outside bring out a warm additional space for relaxing. You cannot get bored with the view.
The white decorated and well-equipped kitchen is independent.
The master bedroom opens out on to the terrace. Two single beds are to be found and can be converted into a double one on request. From your bed you will be able to admire the view.
The adjoining beige and white bathroom is both sober and elegant. It features a shower and toilets.
The second bedroom is at the back of the flat and provides you with a high-end double bed as well as an en-suite bathroom with shower.
Guest toilets are also available for more comfort.
