About this apartment rental
Located in the center of Biarritz, Imperial district, the apartment has a small furnished terrace. The residence has an elevator. Simply furnished, it has 2 bedrooms, a living room and a bathroom with a bathtub. Exhibition apartment very quiet, 4 minutes separate your landing from the sand of the Grande Plage (watch in hand), the indoor pool, shops and restaurants chic shops. Private covered parking is available in the residence.
The accommodation: The apartment is ideally located in the center of Biarritz, overlooking a quiet street and close to the Grande Plage: perfect for holidays where everything is within walking distance!
In addition to its terrace, the apartment (small residence with elevator) has:
-a bedroom with king size bed, large storage and small balcony
-a second bedroom with a bed and a pull-out bed (without external window but well lit)
-a bright living room, overlooking the terrace, with sofa bed 2 places, TV and WIFI
-a bathroom with bathtub and a very simple but equipped kitchen (dishwasher, washing machine, oven and microwave, fridge with freezer compartment).
The fridge, the induction hob, the washing machine, the towel dryer of the bathroom, the hood of the suction and the 3 electric convector heaters with inertia are new (change end 2017-beginning of 2018)
Finally, the covered parking in the residence itself will allow you to calmly consider your travel by car.

transport: transport facilitated by the bus stop a few steps from the residence. taxis and shuttles will also be available for pedestrians staying and wishing to visit the surroundings of Biarritz (Anglet, etc.)

Communication with the manager was difficult and not timely both in promptness, language and sharing of information a traveler needs. The flat had not been cleaned properly with sand and cigarette butts on the balcony, dirty dishes, pealing paint and broken, and jammed door parially blocking kitchen entrance. Toiletries and toilet paper were not supplied and needed to be bought at the local store. The apartment was very quiet and in a very good location, within walking distance of restaurants, shops and beach.

Appartement joliment décoré, fonctionnel et très bien situé au calme et à 2 pas de la plage et du centre ville. Le parking est un vrai atout là où toutes les places sont payantes. Les draps et serviettes de toilette sont fournis. Lave vaisselle et lave linge dans la cuisine, bien pratique.
Seul bémol... le vieux frigo qui ne fait quasi plus de froid même au max. Heureusement qu'il ne faisait pas trop chaud. Je crois qu'il est temps de la changer.
Très bien pour 4 personnes même si 6 couchages possibles, Après à mon avis circulation compliquée.
Je recommande cette loc.
