About this house rental
We invite you to welcome you to our renovated house, combining modern comfort and the warmth of the old.
Ideally located at the gates of Dévoluy, in the small village of La Cluse, close (100 m) to hiking, mountain biking and ski touring trails. You are also close to the Joue du Loup and Superdévoluy resorts as well as Veynes, while enjoying the calm and beauty of the mountains for your moments of idleness.
At the foot of the Combe de la Cluse you can access one of the emblematic peaks of Dévoluy, the Pic de Bure.
The house has an integrated kitchen, a storage space and an independent WC on the ground floor.
Upstairs, a cozy mountain lounge equipped with a wood stove, a dining room with access to the garden, a second lounge offering the possibility of sleeping 2 people on a Bultex sofa bed, a separate bedroom for 2 people and a bathroom with WC.
Under the roof, a bedroom with private bathroom for 2 people, accessible by a miller's ladder.
Finally, for your relaxation, a small garden, equipped with armchairs, a garden table and a barbecue area.
The Dévoluy also allows the practice of via ferrata, via souterrata, horse riding, and has a sports center and wellness establishments. And in winter, skiing in all its forms and snowshoeing or dog sledding.
During your stay, tourism professionals can offer you many cultural and outdoor activities.
You can park on site, in a private parking space, in summer, not guaranteed in snow.
We have provided a garage for you to store your equipment: hiking, mountain biking, shoes, skis, sleds and snowshoes ...
A maintenance kit is provided (sponges, mop, multipurpose cleaners, paper towel, garbage bags, dishwashing product), as well as hygiene products for the sanitary and a kitchen fund.
The rates presented are for 4 to 6 people, for 2 people we offer lower rates which we will communicate to you on request. The tourist tax is included in the rental price.
Please note that you will need to bring your own towels and bed linen (140 full sheets, pillowcases). Tea towels and duvet covers are provided
Departure cleaning can be offered at an additional cost (see equipment).
It is forbidden to smoke inside the house and to stay there with pets.
The stairs are not secure for small children.
