Detached house in a very quiet private street 100 meters from the beach, close to shops and restaurants. 1km of golf (27 holes) and many training center of tennis courts. The house is in Moliets beach (seaside resort), famous surf spot, 1h from Spain, 40 minutes from Biarritz airport and 1h15 from Bordeaux.
The house consists of a very large living room: large family table, TV, WiFi, fireplace, kitchen (washing machine, dryer, induction hob, Nespresso, oven, microwave oven).
Sleeping area, sleeps 11: 1 bathroom with toilet, a bathroom, 1 separate toilet, 1 bedroom with bed 140, 1 bedroom with 2 beds 80 (closable to 160) and a bed 90, 1 bedroom with 1 bed 140 and 1 bed 90, 1 room with bunk beds and a bed 140. All rooms have closets.
Large enclosed garden with swimming pool of 10X5, barbecue, griddle.

we spent 10 days in this very nicely and well equipped house, which was perfect with our 4 children in the age of 11-25 yrs. Beach, Pool, Surfing, BBQ, sun and few rainy hours, which was easy to overcome in this house. Just Internet was temporarily a bit down. Best regards and thanks to our host Anne, who responded promptly to any of our queries and provided great support before and during our stay! Merci beaucoup Anne!

Maison idéalement située à quelques centaines de mètres de la plage dans une impasse très calme. Piscine et jardin parfaitement entretenus. Bref, une super maison pour des vacances landaises.
