Rent this beautiful 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo in sunny Fort Myers, Florida! Perfect for snowbirds looking to get away from the cold for a few months. The community is a peaceful sanctuary right in the heart of Fort Myers. Only a 25 minute drive to Southwest Florida Airport, Fort Myers Beach or Sanibel Island. Only a 15 minute drive to the Minnesota Twins Baseball Spring Training Field. Only 5 minutes from historic downtown. Walking distance to restaurants, shops and more!
This complex is occupied by mostly retired snowbirds and is a very quiet, reserved community. Loud noises, partying or breaking rules will not be tolerated at all. The association requires each renter to complete an application and background check which you will need to do at least 2 weeks before rental period. You will also be required to read and sign the association rules and regulations. While this process takes a bit of time, it does assure you that you will stay in a safe, serene location! :)

The Condo was perfect for us. Once we got over the cold spell there, the pool was the place to be. Meet and shared company with the other renters/owners, very enjoyable. There were posted activities that were available if interested and we did take advantage of many of them. The maintenance on the Condo grounds was second to none, everything was well maintained.
Our Condo itself was spacious, clean and had all the amenities like home. All the rooms were decorated nicely and comfortable.

This was our second year vacationing in Ft Myers at the Center Court Condos. Our location was centrally located for enjoyment of the area and the condo was very clean and the we were able to enjoy the pool along with the other residents and guests. The owners were very open and accommodating to any questions or concerns. We highly recommend this property.
